Because tea and coffee are recognized as a food product by the FDA, we cannot accept returns once your order has shipped. This ensures every package you receive is fresh and safe.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our contact page. We will gladly replace the item or provide store credit if the issue is verified.

To avoid any disappointment we recommend double checking your cart before placing an order. If you realize you made a mistake shortly after checkout please contact us right away. We may be able to adjust your order before shipment.
